      Pros

      My co-workers are some of the coolest people I know. Great place for advancement! I have moved up to a new position each year I've worked here. Multiple Opportunities in different types of work. Paid holidays or DOUBLE PAY if you come in.

      Cons

      Very few. I've run into a few co-workers that were not as friendly as the rest. To be fair, they usually don't meet the metrics (which aren't that hard) or stop coming to work altogether.

      Pros

      I have been working at Concentrix for 2 years as a TPR. I recently was promoted to BDM (Business Development Manager) to bring in new clients and be part of Concentrix and help build company revenue. Management looked at my hard work and it paid off. This is a far company to work for and look forward to growing within this organization.

      Cons

      They could do better doing a background check prior to hiring.
