There is a lot of turn over alot of good employees let go over petty things. But agents still there after fighting at work stealing and customer abuse. Management is a joke om brought in and favorites let go. I had to ask permission to pee. I was accuses of my mental disorders being all in my head even with documentarion. Abuse to agents by managment. I got fired over a system errors my tl didn't fix from three months before and was told I abandoned my job when I was on approved medical leave company is a joke
