Pros

- You meet a lot of genuine, hard working, compassionate people; a lot of really awesome people work here. - You have a little wiggle room to be able to be more than a number. - Diversity of people, and overall acceptance of those differences. - Pays the bills.

Cons

- You meet exceptionally deplorable people; and like the movie Idiocracy, they are growing in numbers. - If someone has decided that they do not like you, you will not last long. - High turn around. - Attendance Policy is lacking any Moral substance. Yes, it obeys the law, but just barely. - Human Resources is known to be unreliable and contradict management.

I wish I could offer some more pros. The building has A/C and plumbing that works most of the time.

Cons

Very dissatisfied working here. Due to restructuring of the pay periods, my take home pay will be much less than I have been accustomed to. The 401k match is hardly competitive. The benefits are subpar and the salary is below market. It is very unhealthy for me to work here...instead of keeping focus on my work, I'm stressed about my pay and the impact of the change. The corporation puts out weekly rah rah emails about how great it is, when in reality the employee is not a part of their equation. I really dislike coming to work every day now.
