I’d like to share a suggestion regarding our current incentive program. While I appreciate the intention behind it, I’ve noticed that many agents find it quite challenging to achieve. A more attainable and straightforward incentive structure could help boost motivation and performance across the team. Simplifying the criteria or offering tiered rewards might encourage more agents to strive for excellence, knowing that their efforts can realistically lead to recognition and rewards. Thank you for considering this feedback. I believe this could positively impact morale and productivity.
