Concentrix does not care about it’s employees, MAJOR payroll issues, when you reach out to management 90% of the time you will not be responded to.

Lets see where to start. From the moment I got hired at this place I dealt with lack of organization or general understanding of how to run a business from management. I was repeatedly lied to by management and set incorrect expectations. They will literally tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. The people who were best at getting along with management succeeded. Everyone else regardless of hard work and merit were discarded like trash. Then when I finally got an opportunity to help out with training newer people because they recognized my hard work and performance. This job took me off of my normal job so my numbers suffered. Then they went and fired everyone in that time period who's numbers didn't meet even though they pulled me away from my job to help and this inevitably ended with me loosing my job. I then spent the next month dumping tons of hours into getting them to send my last paycheck. Just to finally found out they tried to screw me out of my PTO payout. Accused me of creating a scene when they let me go. Then they tell me that I am eligible for the PTO payout. Looks like they never had any interest in paying me money they owed me unless I contacted them in about 100 emails. This is not a place you should work or trust. They will do everything to screw you over and not pay you money you are owed.
