Pros

The people I work with are like a family to me. We all try hard to look out for each other and make sure that everyone is taken care of.

Cons

The center is dirty. The management is so far past a joke that it is not even funny. The pay is below par. There is no growth opportunity. The center is run like a 3 ring circus. The benefits package is pathetic for the most part.

Pros

Remote work flexibility (depends on the account requirements and specific role type, but a lot more remote-first roles than in the general job market right now) Huge, global footprint Accounts span every industry vertical and virtually every country. They have a working relationship with almost every brand/corporation you can think of Really genuinely interesting transformation happening

Cons

Chaotic Work/life balance is not a thing. Everyone is constantly burnt out, stretched thin, and constantly online at all times (even when on vacation) depending on client urgency A lot of volatility in staffing and not sense of great job security, so everyone feels more pressured to be constantly "on" Toxic culture in some parts of the business, especially the traditional outsourced call center operations. Someone always seems to be questioning whether you should have a job no matter how much you deliver for them. It's very "what have you done for me lately?" mentality. Not really a global standard for benefits, everything is very specific to each country's requirements A lot of volatility due to the nature of client/account based business and the nature of call centers
