Concentrix reviews

I was supposed to get paid for the first 2 days I worked on the first check in the mail it took almost 2 weeks to receive that pay check after multiple phone calls. It seemed impossible to get a strange answer about when you would receive your paycheck and I believed that was do to them being unorganized.

The atmosphere in Concentrix is un-professional. I joined Concentrix over a year ago as a Customer Service Representative. There is a practice of giving unfair preferential treatment to those who are in the younger clicks. There is no human resources department no open door policy.
