      Everything else. These people do not care about you. They're here just for a paycheck attitude. I would never work here again, nor recommend this place to anyone.

      Pros

      Work at home is very convenient for many reasons. I like the amount of hours and pay is decent, but wish it was a little bit more.

      Cons

      Started off well, but my specific class has too much drama for a work environment and our main mentor has too much of an attitude, and no one does anything about the main person causing issues. Environment has already proven to be unprofessional. They seem to take issues with asking questions which causes employees to be afraid to ask, and then just go around confused or not knowing.

      Work at home privilege. Great team leaders. Excellent work atmosphere.

      Recent changes in PTO program are just wrong. Been there going on 5years. Have had 2 weeks paid vacation until now. Today I find out that we have to earn our vacation/PTO from scratch. Earn rate is 0.833 minutes per hour worked. No more guaranteed vacations now. At the earn rate that is being used, it will take way over the normal 2080 work hours in year to build just 40 hours of vacation time. PTO and vacation time are now in the same bank. Quite unfair. Pay raises are non existant. Started at $14.50 and am still at that rate. You have to keep track of your own hours worked too. All this change in less than a month.
