The pay was decent. The opportunity for growth is there, they would let you advance within if you would like.

Cons

The pto, you will have hours of pto but unable to use it due to understaff. If you so happen to need a day off its a point. They leads are just like you, they are being micro managed by the OM's.

-Good office -Sufficient salary -Team building is done okayish

Cons

-Micromanagement is common, -HR policies often feel unreasonable and unfair. -Career development is clearly not a priority, -Management frequently appears incompetent. -Employees are treated as products rather than people with the focus on extracting as much value as possible. -The work environment is further damaged by constant lying, backstabbing, and office politics. -New hiring practices are questionable, as a large portion of new employees, like 40 percent, are dismissed within just a few weeks.
