      Pros

      Work at home Co-workers Holiday pay Helping customers if you really have a passion for that . Nothing else spectacular about this place.

      Cons

      Bad management throw the whole system away. From the start was told lies, and deception .Don’t believe anything in orientation. This is your typical call center. Only advantage is you work at home. Good job for soccer moms with teens. If you don’t fit that criteria ; and , have any type of social life !!!!!! I wouldn’t accept offer or apply.

      I have never worked for a company that is so incompetent , in my department there is constant pay roll mistakes , trying to figure out you PTO time is a night mare even the Concentrix employees cant give me a figure it. It keeps changing . just a few months ago they took away two weeks of paid time . All this for what they get to keep 40% of the money I earn for nothing. I was not even recruited by Concentrix a friend told me about the job,
