Cons

Cleared the interview after attending 3rd rounds, I had already offer 5LPA after clearing interviews they are telling me, will give only 2.45LPA and after 6 months will increase up to 4.5LPA as per performance. It was a total waste of time for both of us. If they can't give they should tell early. It took around one month to confirm this only. Worse experience.
