Be Prepared for Distractions

Pros

As an employee you will be experiencing the growth of a business.

Cons

The work environment is intensely distracting. If you are able to be around several people defensively speaking over each other in about 300 square feet of room, that echos, you will be fine working this job. If you need a work space that is distraction free (or mediated) this is not the place for you. You are expected to translate tribal knowledge into working knowledge of redundant systems.

Opportunity to work on new products, new problems to solve Stable and well established business that retains a solid commitment to customer success and continuing to innovate Genuine, caring people that are committed equally to customer and employee success & happiness Pursuing growth that is exciting to be a part of, but doing so in a responsible way

Cons

As company grows volume of remote staff increases. To be expected in today's work landscape, but ensure its a good fit for you.

These people are a team - professional, supportive and open to new ideas. Extremely positive working environment. No egos - really!

Cons

The company is growing very fast, change is constant - not a bad thing - but you need to stay on your toes!
