      Pros

      CTC has been in the industry for several decades and has earned a distinguished reputation. After a few years of contraction, the company has developed a solid strategic vision, and has undergone stable growth for the entire time I've been here. Company leadership involved, but empowering: they're available when I need them, but aren't micro-managing our daily activities.

      Cons

      A few outdated processes and procedures can be a bit tedious, but the company is open to feedback. We're working through them!

      Massive amount of experience to gain from systems, networking, and cyber

      Cons

      They have people that have been there for 20+ years that don't know how to stay in their lane of operations and micromanage other teams that aren't under them. Can't do your job without someone crying.
