The major con is executive management and the con job that they pulled on past and current employees. The decline started slowly a few years ago where periodic reductions in force took place, and accelerated over time to the point that recently on any given day when you went in, you weren't sure if you were going to be employed by the end of the day. Understandably, some cuts had to be made which is the nature of contracting as contracts come and go, but the excessive salaries, bonuses, and perks for the executives continued. All the while, town hall meetings were held to tell employees that everything was fine. The economy, sequestration, and every other excuse under the sun was used to explain away the decline in business. There is ZERO accountability for executive management in this organization. Employees that have stayed through the course of the decline have steadily taken on more and more job responsibilities with no appreciation and no compensation, all the while, they are told to be happy that they have a job. Management has run the company into the ground.
