Pros

Great resources, bit budgets to support good ideas.

Cons

The company has lost its luster and its clout. Too top heavy, too much unnecessary spending by top management on personal lifestyle. Views older employees a liability rather than a great asset.

Pros

Notable name, well-known company. There honestly isn't much else.

Cons

Degrading culture, no appreciation or acknowledgement for your work when you are in a lower-level position, upper management is unapproachable, no importance placed on career growth, very inappropriate relationships within the office, very difficult to move up the ranks. Overall I would never recommend Conde Nast to anyone.
