Pros

Strong business acumen across all employees

Cons

The rumors are true. Unbelievably cut throat working environment. Your job is never safe no matter how well you perform. Many employees are incredibly shallow as they're only there for the money and do not care about anything other than hitting their numbers.

Pros

Amazing to see how the fashion closet works and the relationships built with designers.

Cons

Awful to see how insignificant editors think you are. There is not much to learn, you need to be ale to learn how pickup garments and return them...
