Pros

It's located in the WTC. And that's where the pro's end.

Cons

Working for this company took years off of my life. It ruined personal relationships due to how infectious it was to be surrounded by some of the most toxic people I have ever met in my life. The company has lost its value both internally and externally and there is no way a company like that deserves to have the recognition that it does. Please refrain from joining this company, it will save your life. And as dramatic as this is I'd feel like I'd be doing a disservice to you if I don't express it in this manner. Goodluck, I truly hope this review keeps you from making an incredibly regrettable decision.

Pros

Snacks and beer every day

Cons

The people I worked with were some of the most ignorant, insecure, obnoxious, incapable, the list goes on, people. Most everyone there has adopted a childlike attitude about everything work related. You'll need to be a die hard video game player to fit in with these types of people.

Pros

-Good name to have on resume -Ability to make connections with people who are reputable in the industry -Good work/life balance, but it depends on your team -Nice office/views

Cons

When I first started here, I thought that CN would be a place I could build my career. Amazing culture, nice/smart people who were willing to collaborate, taking strides to be innovative in digital, thriving team who were proud of their work. That has eroded over the years as constant layoffs have cut the teams in half. Culture is non-existent. Feel like a corporate drone. -Highly political (if you are not well-liked it will be known) -No career advancement -Not competitive salary -Constant layoffs (not just on print, but also every other team in the building) -Extremely hard to get things done on the product & design side since their reorganization -Feel like the company is at a standstill as they are waiting for a new CEO -Slow to adapt to new technologies, always playing catch-up
