Pros

Had autonomy, really enjoyed my coworkers, felt that I was respected... Had a fair work and real life mix, worked hard, but not too hard.

Cons

They would change the overall company strategy every 9 months. We'd get in a groove and then they would change everything.

Pros

Opportunity to work people that were the best in the field. Excellent resources to do a great job always provided. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Under appreciated for working hard and putting in long hours. Under staffed at times. Many over ambitious colleagues with few ethics or morals.

Pros

Employees seem to be passionate about what they do, and are extremely energetic. Sure, there are some "difficult" personalities, but that's to be found everywhere. Overall, a solid work environment.

Cons

Jobs seemed somewhat hard to attain for outside hires; Hiring seems to be based highly on connections as well as internally.
