Pros

Conde Nast offers fantastic benefits - including summer hours which they continued to honor even in a down economy. There's also the prestige that comes with working at this company, which everyone seems to be in awe of.

Cons

Expect to be over worked. Long hours and short tempers are a dime a dozen here. Know how to handle the Diva's ... there are plenty.... and you should be alright.

Pros

It's a great networking opportunity and it is a great place to grow and develop your talents. Also, most managers were very nice and supportive.

Cons

The downside of working at Conde Nast are that some people not very friendly, but which job doesn't have that, so that's just reality.

Pros

One nice thing about working for a big company is that there are several directions you can go... Also, the perks and benefits here are good.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. Plus, the current econonmy isn't doing Conde any favors. Times are tough, people are stressed, and money is the ONLY thing on anyone's mind. Turnover is pretty high -- No one's job is safe.
