Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting projects with a high level of staff engagement at engineering and mid management positions. A number of process changes took place over several years to improve employee relations. Very good work environment with flexible working, which was very important for me. Lots of great colleagues to learn from. Compensation was excellent.
Cons
Sometimes difficult to get senior managment to buy into a more autonomous decision making process. Sporadic hiring freezes were semi common, but this seems standard practice in many places now.
