Pros

-Management asks for constant feedback and are always helpful -Work with some of the biggest named customers in the world -Opportunity to grow if you have the right attitude -Overall great place to work and the people are amazing! -Lot's to learn everyday -Opportunity to travel in US -Remote working flexibility

Cons

-No centralized processes or documentation -Workload is heavy and forget to eat lunch most days -Rapid growth means lot's of current/pipelined work -Really need a fully staffed US based Technical Team -Updates/Releases are often under the radar and lack proper communication -No 401k matching
