All businesses like to think that their employees as subject matter experts, but do we give them the tools to achieve this?
At Condeco we are working hard to develop a continually enriched training platform that allows our teams to develop both their technical and their management skills. We believe that this is an important part of our role as a business and as a business we are investing to develop this in terms of content and accessibility.
