      Pros

      - Heavy focus on engineering to make sure product (Conductor Searchlight) maintains industry-leading status - Excellent people to work with in all divisions of company, great sense of office community - Clear executive vision for company - Comfortable office environment located close to Grand Central station - Snacks, Coffee/Tea, Beer kegs

      Cons

      We do a great job hiring and rewarding talent, but not as great a job nurturing and growing talent. Would love to see more resources and opportunities to grow as a professional like 3rd party trainings, events geared towards team improvement, etc.

      Pros

      Conductor really wins you over in a big way. It's a cliche, but working here feels like being on a team. You'll really come to deeply care about the people you work with, the product you're building, and Conductor's customers. It does not feel like punching a clock. Conductor has a great culture, and it's no accident. It's something leadership works hard to create and really values. They recognize and reward high achievers. But they'll also help you find a good work/life balance. They make the office a pleasant place to be. There's a lot of time and thought put into company communications and team-building events.

      Cons

      Fairly high turnover. Might just be a fact of life in the SaaS space, though.
