Collaboration across departments - from product to sales to customer support Lovely work environment - Conductors are genuinely friends, I absolutely love the people I work with here Great Customer Support team - we care about the clients, and do what it takes to maintain and grow client base Genuine people - Work is fun, I enjoy coming to my job each day

Cons

This is only a partial con - long work hours - however, because I love the job it's not a huge negative for me Need for additional conference rooms - also only a partial con - this just means we have lots of business / client / sales

Great people in a collaborative setting. Perks are excellent and really make it a fun place to work. Very easy to work across all levels of the company.

Cons

If you come from a large company background, be prepared to roll up your sleaves. Not really a drawback, but it will be an adjustment for some.
