Overall, I think the company is moving in the right direction. The platform is evolving quickly and solving the right problems for the market. The people who work there are great and the energy is vibrant.

Cons

Pros

I have worked in technology for 10 years and have found Conductor to be the best job so far. The company has a tremendous market opportunity, a commitment to its people and a desire to win. In the last few months, we have made some major changes across our leadership and it has me excited about what we are doing. Our engineering is really starting to move quickly and we are winning. I am excited to get up and come in every day.

Cons

There is a lot to do and not a lot of time. It's a high pressure place and the pressure doesn't come from our ceo making up things, it comes from the market pushing us and demanding more faster. This is stressful at times and demanding, but it's what I signed up for.

Pros

For most part, it's a fun environment. The company does offer the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced market. People do work hard, and co-workers are enormously supportive of one another. Employees are passionate and want more than anything to win, but the persistent challenges around product/engineering are deflating.

Cons

When you are in a face paced market you must develop your product at that same speed; you must keep ahead of the competition or at least at the same pace. We had a leading product at one time but engineering and product challenges have slowed our speed of development (reducing ability to quickly innovate).
