Cons

No cons other than you need to be willing to work hard and contribute. If you aren't giving 100% you will fall behind. All team members set the bar very high

The culture is truly something special here. The people are the smartest and most passionate people you will ever work with. It's very hard to find that energy and camaraderie in a workplace where everyone genuinely cares for each other. It makes going to work easy and fun!

Cons

Not really a con, but with with any growing company, there's a lot to do, and things move fast. Work hard, keep up and you will be rewarded with endless learning opportunities.
