Some very intelligent and hardworking people UI of the software is industry leading Acquired ContentKing to widen product offering across technical SEO

Cons

Multiple rounds of lay offs in recent years, largely related to poor executive decision making. Monumental pressure to achieve unrealistic targets to satisfy investors. False impression of how valuable their software is and consider themselves far greater than the competition, but this is only the case in very niche use cases. For most, the significantly cheaper competition does the majority of what is required. Poorest renewal / highest customer churn of any business I've ever seen A few very long term employees warp stats, but attrition and turnover are extremely high
