With the WeWork acquisition there are some teething issues with initial onboarding (email logins etc)

The technology is great. The people are great. The culture is great. There is so much opportunity (from winning new business to career development). The on-boarding was fantastic and the UK team are set up for success with all the right pieces of the puzzle now in place. The perfect time to be a part of Conductor. Overall - a great, fun place to work!

Amazing group of intelligent, talented and motivated people. Lots and lots of support and development for all staff. Culture is central to Conductor, they genuinely are a People First Business. The senior leadership really lead by example. The Technology and equipment available is easily accessible and great to use. London is growing fast so there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Its a fast paced and changing environment, so you have to be on your toes to keep up.
