The culture is truly something special here. The people are the smartest and most passionate people you will ever work with. It's very hard to find that energy and camaraderie in a workplace where everyone genuinely cares for each other. It makes going to work easy and fun!

Cons

Not really a con, but with with any growing company, there's a lot to do, and things move fast. Work hard, keep up and you will be rewarded with endless learning opportunities.

Fun team environment, my coworkers are all really nice and I have made some good friendships. I like how I don't feel like I am stuck in a cubicle all day when I go to work. Love the location of the office, nothing beats working in NYC!

Cons

Maybe I am not cut out for sales, but some of the sales techniques and best practices I have been taught seem questionable. I am all for profits but there has to be some line drawn when I am told to lie to a potential customer just to get them in the door. Maybe that is how sales works but the dishonesty is not for me. If you care just about quota and money you might be better suited for the role.
