      Pros

      The environment at Conductor is incredible. You come to work happy everyday. The culture is what I value the most and here it is extremely uplifting everyday. The company as a whole tries its best to be transparent to their employees. The people around you are all nice, fun and sweet. Everyone is a joy to work with everyday.

      Pros

      - Great Culture (sounds cliché, but it's the first time I've seen a company actually living out their values) - Conductor truly cares about it's People and it's Customers, I have seen them make the right call (over the money) to make sure they live and breath the People First mandate - Focus on growth, they have invested in a Learning and Development dept which means they are taking learning seriously - Family friendly, you can work hard and also have time to be a great parent - You can speak up, dissent is welcome and often sort out

      Cons

      - Fast Pace, can be fun but can also mean process is ignored and execution is rushed - Meeting rooms are hard to come by, all part of hyper-growth

      Pros

      Conductor is so invested in its people, it's amazing. They know that the more you do for your employees, the better they perform, and that translates into big impact for our customers. I've been here a long time and to see how far we've come and it's just accelerating. People are more empowered to make changes and take control of their career. It's really a special place to work.

      Cons

      Change and acceleration is hard. We have ambitious plans that occasionally compete with the day to day and there is so much to do that it be difficult to see the forest from the trees sometimes.
