Pros

Pro's are the technology and the company's service model which should be marked as a gold standard for marketing technology. The Searchlight platform is super powerful and easy to use while support is built in throughout the platform as well as in to the company's contracts with customers. This dedication to ensuring that customers are successful is one of the major reasons that I joined Conductor. Other pro's are a well built out demand generation program that is effectively communicated out to the sales org. On-boarding was also very well developed and smooth and new things keep getting rolled out like an awesome new internal learning and development podcast!

Cons

Still making a name for itself in the crowded Silicon Valley market.

I haven't been here very long but so far the pro's I can speak to are: Transparency w CEO/ Execs, Fun Culture, Great benefits, Great PTO, Perks in the office plus fun team events, fast growing, People First mentality and lots of growth potential. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help and answer questions

Cons

As with any large company hard to get to know everyone but they do their best to announce new hires and integrate you. Hopefully, in time I will feel less of small fish in big pond vibes.
