I've been with Conductor a few years now and it's been a great experience. The teams are collaborative and always looking to improve the product based on the customers' experiences. It's truly a people first culture with perks that go beyond just great snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

Like other places I've worked, sometimes there are a lot of meetings back to back when all that is really needed is an email.
