I think that there are many things that make this company great! 1. It's Transparency- the company is like a fishbowl, if something is going on, they are very out in the open with it, so that no one is blindsided by anything good or bad. 2. It's Flexibility-the company is always willing to make sure everyone feels comfortable and so they are always flexible when it comes to individual's needs from unlimited PTO to, a hybrid office schedule, to the casual dress code. 3. Recognition & Promotion-the company is very big on internally pushing it's people to the next level exemplifying constant room for growth within the company. Leadership is always big on shouting out star players on their team and talking about how much of an impact that person has made. The people here are great, it's like one big family, the atmosphere is positive and energetic and it feels good to come to a place that you love to work everyday.

So exciting to be part of a company where the Founder believes in the contributions of his employees in making Conductor who we are today. We just completed our first finance round with a $150 million funding round by Bregal Sagemount, the first since buying ourselves back from WeWork. As part of the funding, they created a liquidity event for employees recognizing their commitment and hard work to get us to this stage. BRAVO for taking care of the team that got us here! Also love their hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 work remotely) and two months a year work from anywhere.
