Good culture, career growth opportunities, strong product offering, fun office to work in.
Cons
There is a trend of younger employees leaving because they aren’t paid fairly . The “equity” you receive won’t make up for the difference you could make at another company so don’t fall for that trap. I was happy at the company, but every time I got a promotion my raise was only a fraction of what I deserved. I started entertaining recruiters and doubled my base salary making a lateral move.
