Pros

The culture, the community, the backbone of the industry, are all fantastic. I can't speak more highly of them. The clients aren't always willing and knowledgeable, which makes work difficult, but the goals attainable.

Cons

There has been so much change, structure reorganization, and baton passing over the last few years (since the WeWork buyout) that teams that were very strong and capable a few years ago are still struggling to stay afloat.
