Experience in entry-level software-sales, team was very nice to work with

Cons

Their entry-level pay was below minimum-wage. The work load and hours were unrealistic and goals were unachievable. The MDR leadership team was very unapproachable and often times condescending. If you're looking to get into software sales, there's a ton of other (better) companies to look at.

- Unlimited PTO - Nice people for the most part at the individual contributor level - Get experience at a tech company (and then leave for greener pastures asap)

Cons

- Under-market pay across the board - Bloated leadership egos - Claims to be feedback-oriented but solutions always come up short - High turnover - Those who stay any longer than 2-3 years adhere to a cult mindset - I'm certain that most of the positive reviews were written by one person. Pay attention to the negative reviews
