      Leadership - Leadership truly cares about the people of Conductor as professionals & individuals. Our CEO & COO successfully spun the company out of WeWork and gave significant ownership of the company to all Conductors and through all this maintained a strong business & great culture. Culture - I was a customer of Conductor's before I joined the team and what I saw as a customer drew me to the company - their commitment to customers, passion for the industry & great people. This culture has been consistent over the last 8+ years and it continues to retain & draw top talent. Industry-leading Product - there have been ups and downs with the product over my tenure. However, today we have the strongest product in the industry & clearest product vision. When I am talking to prospective customers about our offering I can firmly stand behind the success our product will deliver. Great People - Conductor attracts hard working, driven & collaborative people that are looking to build something amazing. The people I work allow me to enjoy my day to day at the office & many current and former Conductors have become great friends that I'll have for life.

      Cons

      Lots of Change - you need to adapt quickly to changing processes, new technology and be able to solve problems independently when thing are changing/uncertain. Work-Life Balance - its very easy to become overly consumed with work & as there is always something to do.

      Pros

      - As I said in the headline: a people-first approach to management, to planning, to rewards, to customers, etc. - Actual and the best technologies are used for new product features; - Very transparent management: you are able to know everything about any aspect of the company; - Competitive salary, regular small, but very pleasant "bonuses" from the company; - Equity shares, that constantly grows; - Opportunity to help amazing customers from Fortune 500; - One of the best CEO I've ever met before.

      Cons

      - Technically complex product that was developed by a lot of developers during the last decade. A lot of different approaches, a lot of outdated technologies. A lot of work still to be done to move the product forward. - Transparency leads to a lot of meetings, something that you should be used to as a newcomer.

      Pros

      I've been at the company for many years now, and I wouldn't have been here this long if it wasn't a positive environment where you can grow and learn. You always feel supported, and you have someone to listen to if you're having issues or simply need to vent. This industry is constantly evolving and our product is better than ever, so it's a fun place to be.

      Cons

      As with any sales job, you get out of it what you put in. You grind, but the hard work and time dedicated to the company is rewarded.
