Over my tenure at Conductor, I have grown both professionally and as a human being. As the company has evolved to keep up with our ever changing market, I have been inspired by our constant determination to provide the best services for our customers and help them understand how to excel in the AEO landscape. The culture has been crucial for my overall development.

I started here over a decade ago as an Account Manager and the leadership team has consistently provided me with the path, mentorship, and challenges needed to grow. I’ve seen the company navigate massive industry shifts—from the early days of search to the current frontier of AI Search Performance (AISP) and Generative Engine Optimization. Conductor doesn’t just react to change; it leads it. The biggest "pro" is the community. Many of my colleagues have also been here for 5+ years, creating a deep well of institutional knowledge and a supportive environment where people genuinely want to see you succeed. My life has changed significantly, and the company has been incredibly supportive through every stage. Whether it was navigating remote work transitions or supporting local office hubs, they prioritize the person behind the employee.
