I've seen significant improvements in the overall strategic direction of the company, and new members of C-Suite have made positive changes that make me hopeful for the future

Cons

Culture comes from the top - it will be hard to unwind the 'baggage' that a lot of members of the team have inherited from a past of bad incentive structures
