Great people, amazing benefits, - Don't join if you are in sales

-Great Benefits like paid health care -The people that work here are some of the kindest hard-working people -CEO is passionate about the company and allows a casual dress code on the office always! -Managers who care about their teams

Cons

-Unlimited PTO but discouraged from using it -Very limited opportunity to move up within the company -Worked there for almost 2 years and was told I could not explore moving up until hit the 2-year mark. -Vp's making decisions that do not support their staff -worked over 50+ hours a week and wasn't seeing results pay off - Hard product to sell -I took barely 8 days off the whole year and when I wanted to use PTO had my performance thrown in my face. When asked how I could improve my performance was given no guidance.

They are investing in the right areas of the business and focusing on the product and company growth in a sustainable and progressive way. Good benefits Strong company culture Investment in people and a strong focus on individual growth

Cons

Continue to focus on finding ways to enable employees to strike a better work-life balance. (Good progress has been made here with Conductor holidays and other initiatives).
