Conductor is a fantastic place to grow and excel your career. Since I've been working here I've learned skills that anywhere else I wouldn't have had the ability to. - Working on Cross functional projects - Opportunity to advance - Competitive Salary - Investment in your growth - Interesting projects and work

Cons

Especially after being acquired by WeWork - we're moving extremely fast. Sometimes things get lost in the shuffle and you have to do a bit of catch up work or reactive roll outs. We have a strong preference for progress over perfection so you'll work on multiple things at once. The leadership has a strong vision but the tactile pieces don't always get translated down.

Pro's are the technology and the company's service model which should be marked as a gold standard for marketing technology. The Searchlight platform is super powerful and easy to use while support is built in throughout the platform as well as in to the company's contracts with customers. This dedication to ensuring that customers are successful is one of the major reasons that I joined Conductor. Other pro's are a well built out demand generation program that is effectively communicated out to the sales org. On-boarding was also very well developed and smooth and new things keep getting rolled out like an awesome new internal learning and development podcast!

Cons

Still making a name for itself in the crowded Silicon Valley market.
