Conductor has one of the best team environments I've ever seen. The people here are smart, they hustle, they care about improving themselves, and they care about helping you grow and succeed. From my very first day on the job, I was encouraged to speak my mind, challenge the status quo, suggest new ideas and bounce them off other people, which I think speaks to the strength of the culture. The leadership team also actually cares about the people here. They do their best to be transparent in communications and think about initiatives that will help both individuals and the team. There are a lot of fun perks too — snacks, days out, cool events, happy hours, scooters in the office, free lunches on Wednesdays, etc.

Conductor has an amazing culture that puts it's people first. Leadership constantly strives to improve and make things better. Being part of the WeWork family is awesome. Acres to WeWorks is great for when traveling.

When I interviewed here, every person I talked to said the people were their favorite part of this company and I couldn't agree more. This organization is filled with amazing people - incredibly talented, loyal, and always willing to go the extra mile to help their colleague. The fact that I get to work and collaborate with these individuals each day is a huge part of why I love what I do. The organization also has an amazing servant leadership culture that starts with the C-suite - they're always accessible and willing to dive in to the details with their teams.

Cons

The environment is incredibly fast paced and you need to be prepared and up for that. You also need to know that change happens often and quickly in this company.
