You can really expand your career here. You will never be pigeon holed into your job and there is always room to learn. It's also a highly social environment so your coworkers are very supportive and caring. Great benefits and flexible hours. When they say work life balance, they mean it.

Cons

There's a lack of communication between teams and from management. Management will say one thing on Monday, and do another thing on Tuesday. Your job also really depends on who your team and manager is.
