The people and the culture is one of a kind. I also like the fact that my bosses do not micro manage me and looking over my shoulder. I like the freedom we have, as long as you show results you should not have a problem.

Cons

Just like every company that wants to grow there are growing pains. It comes along with the territory

I haven't been here very long but so far the pro's I can speak to are: Transparency w CEO/ Execs, Fun Culture, Great benefits, Great PTO, Perks in the office plus fun team events, fast growing, People First mentality and lots of growth potential. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help and answer questions

Cons

As with any large company hard to get to know everyone but they do their best to announce new hires and integrate you. Hopefully, in time I will feel less of small fish in big pond vibes.

As Conductor continues to grow the SF office has been an incredible opportunity to get hands-on experience with Sr Level employees at the company. This office also allows you to grow quickly and accelerate your career path more than you would be able to at a larger company due to exposure to high-level employees. Conductor also has a very transparent, vocal work environment and provides you with all of the resources you need to start/grow your career.

Cons

Company is experiencing tremendous growth so can experience some kinks along the way.
