Pros

Amazing group of intelligent, talented and motivated people. Lots and lots of support and development for all staff. Culture is central to Conductor, they genuinely are a People First Business. The senior leadership really lead by example. The Technology and equipment available is easily accessible and great to use. London is growing fast so there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Its a fast paced and changing environment, so you have to be on your toes to keep up.

Pros

Conductor is the best company that I've ever worked at, hands down. My role is challenging but in a very good way. I'm constantly learning new things, making a huge impact both internally and for our clients, and it seems that every day the clock completely flies by. I genuinely love my co-workers, I think Conductor has done a great job hiring A players who not only excel at their jobs but also are amazing to work with. Conductors are always will to help no matter how senior they are or how large the ask is. It's the people here tat makes Conductor such a special place. It starts at the top with Seth (our CEO), and Selina (our COO), and waterfalls down. They have built a culture of high performance, extreme transparency, and client obsession while being completely humble and approachable. On the tech and services sides, we are helping some of the biggest brands in the world solve tremendous challenges. We celebrate client wins in a way that few organizations do and our offerings are best in class (and only getting better). We have some extremely innovative minds here and having them all together working collaboratively breeds some amazing. There is no shortage of activities, lunch and learns, tech meetups, company events, and guest speakers. Conductor says that individual growth is important, many companies do, but Conductor really means it. Being part of WeWork has opened up a series of additionally opportunities like trips to London for Summer Camp (Google it!) where incredible speakers and musical acts were part of the agenda and also Global Summit in LA where the Red Hot Chili Peppers performed and we rented out Universal Studios (Bing it! ok just kidding... some search engine humor. Definitely Google it!). Look there are a lot of companies with a similar office setup with beer on tap, scooters, free food, solid PTO, and arcade games. Those aren't the things that truly matter when choosing your next role. If you want to love what you do, work with some of the smartest yet humble people in the business, and work for a Company trying to change the world for the better - then Conductor is the place for you!

Cons

Like a lot of companies, there are no shortage of meetings. While Conductor does a great job trying to limit them (in fact, there is even a period every week known as freeze where internal meetings are discouraged), the amount of meeting can still be quite a lot at times. There are also downsides of being extremely transparent with the entire company (no - this isn't a criticism that's really a compliment). I think we tend to "overshare" a bit by communicating things without all the details fulled baked to give everyone as much heads up as possible on things that may or may not happen. While I appreciate the extreme transparency, sometimes it can be a little distracting. The last con would be our hyper rate of growth. We keep on out-growing our space in NYC. While this is a really good problem and the sign of a very healthy business, it is still a bit annoying changing desks every 6-12 months. Having been a part of other organizations (and acquisitions), these cons are super minor compared to the challenges that exist elsewhere. Conductor has built something truly special and I really wish more orgs had some "Conductor Spirit" in their DNA too...

Pros

Conductor has a very merit-based culture. This is my first job out of college and I attribute so much of my growth, both professional and personal, to Conductor. It is a very hit-the-ground-running environment, and hard work is valued and recognized. It's been so wonderful to have support from leadership, and I am especially grateful for the amazing managerial support I received that encouraged me to pitch and earn my own promotion.

Cons

Conductor isn't perfect, but by hosting open forums to ask questions directly to leadership, it shows how much we are always striving to improve.
