      There are no pros to working for Conduent

      Cons

      Bad pay, management keeps taking away employee benefits and does not reward employees to work hard while continuing to dump more and more work on them.

      Pros

      * The pay was decent for the job * They offered medical and dental benefits *Training was great, they invested in the material and making sure you knew the job.

      Cons

      *The office was dirty, they were in the middle of cleaning and remodeling the place but I didn't like coming to work to seat at a dirty desk and chair. They should of clean up the place before hiring more people * Not enough floor support

      not many to speak of, most of there employment is project based and comes with limited benefits and job security with very little pay.

      Cons

      They advertise 6 months worth of work and then term employees after two or three with little to no notice.
