      Good work life balance but beware layoffs

      Pros

      Good work life balance with being able to work from home and my boss was great with feedback on my performance. Coworkers were very competent and hard working.

      Cons

      Conduent is cut throat when they start layoffs. One day you show up to a meeting or email someone and find out they were laid off that day.
