      Good work environment, flexible work schedule

      Software out of date, dealing with corporate office difficult and they didn't care about our deadlines.

      Non Micro Management Hire you with no experience

      Cons

      Pay is terrible ( bare minimum ) Too much work. You still get claims when your not a work. Have sick hours but cannot use them unless you call in sick, then complain when you call in -_- No bonuses. Barely OT.
