      None they are laying off staff. Those that are still there are leaving as fast as they can find another job

      It appears they are closing. No new business, wage freeze has been in place over 12 months now.

      None micromanaged management is very ghetto everybody knows everybody's business due to management/HR department /Employee relations cannot keep Doctors Farms or personal information confidential everybody hangs out near everybody's desk eats very disgusting office

      No growth opportunity no pay raises training this horrible plus if you smoke Cigarettes they fire you managers act like they have asthma attacks just a bunch of bogus stay away better opportunities elsewhere company is a complete joke

      Guaranteed hours and easy work environment

      Cons

      Jobs are outsourcing to Mexico. Recent layoff of several employees due to this. Obvious that they are planning on outsourcing all jobs from Baton Rouge to Mexico. No communication from management to employees.
