Pros
It's a job but in an area where there are many insurance companies that isn't saying much considering major competitors offer significantly better benefits.
Cons
With the buyout our insurance increased significantly, the benefits were not as comprehensive, there was a loss of other benefits such as vacation and 401k matching, the company is highly uncommunicative to employees and there seems to be no benefit to loyal employees. This is a competitive area for insurance and the company is going to lose up to 25% of there employees with the poor benefits package, lack of respect for employees. I
